Next up in the continuing saga ; BRFC vs BRFC. One team is an underachieving sleeping giant, owned by a dodgy foreign family who invest zero into the club, play in blue and white clowns shirts in a dilapidated stadium, living on their former glories. The other is Blackburn. Good luck to Derrick Williams, one of our double winners10 points

I see that the fire sprinklers went off in IKEA the other day. 37 years too late!9 points

He's just upset because back in the 80s he was sold a dodgy washing machine by a little cockney bloke with a yellow, three wheeled van on Duckmoor.9 points

Liking this one... 'The thing that worries me more than anything else is the lack of younger people down the Rovers. Even in Little Stoke & Patchway, which have always been Rovers strongholds, you see more and more younger people wearing City shirts.'7 points

I think you misunderstood. That was probably just Wally getting a free bag of prawn crackers with his delivery order of over £10.5 points

You simply have no idea of the price of Championship ready sprinklers. And don't get me started about the cost of carpet cleaning ...5 points

Geoff was sharp tonight A Gashead has tweeted “So what’s the business plan for the next 5 years” Hamer – to make the club successful both on and off the pitch Geoff – no that’s a missions statement, not a business plan5 points

Jesus mate......you've managed to slate a whole area based on a couple of streets. Next time you're down there, open your eyes beyond the Natch wall....... Historical park looking across to Ashton Court and the Suspension Bridge, Victorian terraced houses selling at 400/500k, Bustling and "gentrified" North Street with all the amenities, large street networks of good order housing/communities, new developments planned for Mercedes garage, old brewery site, wickes site etc4 points

Look at this post below, it’s hilarious...in particular the last sentence “we didn’t set the expectations here, Wael did”. Presumably by ‘we’ he/she means the fans. The very same fans who were spanking the monkey all over Social Media when the Al Qadis arrived. They (the fans) were making ridiculous claims about being the 6th richest club in the country, on par with Chelsea and Man Utd, Bigger, richer club than City could ever be. Whilst Al Qadi was talking about evolution, Gasheads were busy writing cheques Wally couldn’t cash. So it is your fault Gasheads, shouldn’t have so massively cocky, should you?4 points

Hamer said that UWE refused to go to Jordan in January and "who knows what might have happened if they had" So deal collapsed, just because of this! Why the **** should the powers that be at UWE have to travel thousands of miles (no doubt at their expenses) to Jordan to discuss a development in Bristol and a couple of hundred yards - OK perhaps a mile, from their own administrative HQ?4 points

Quote from over there - He’s not wrong they are 2 completely different characters SL isn’t a fraud for a start. ‘But our situation is more complicated. Ashton is a dump, you could do what you want down there and no one will object, The Mem is a far more challenging site for lots of reasons. And landsdown is an individual happy to waste his money, whatever you think of the Al Qadis they are very different characters.’4 points

I don't think it's even a quarter any more Graham. I live in a supposedly 'gas' area (BS30) and all the kids wear our red and white nowadays, I rarely see a blue rag. The gashead's concern is genuine IMHO and if I were one of them ( yeuch!!), it would be of great concern. Luckily I'm a red so it's brilliant!3 points

in real basic terms they are more tinpot then they ever have been, their "billionaire" has been confirmed to be a fake shiek, The family can call the loan in at any time and when that happens so does bankruptcy and the gas become homeless, Basically everything we warned them about since Weal came in is true3 points

£20 per clapped out Fiat Uno to watch two films that will be shown 715678 times over Christmas on the same night that we are home to Manchester United in the quarter finals of the League Cup. Yes they really are coming for us.3 points

Brilliant. It’s finally sinking into the ******** minds . That they are fooked. They really have to stop using SL as a comparison. Like me comparing my missus with Kelly brook . Out of order on my missus.3 points

My favourite quote from Mr Hamer was that they don't consider Bristol a two team City.............................Neither do we.3 points

How ironic that a fan base who’ve spent years and years gleefully telling us that we’re going to go bust any day now when Lansdown ‘pulls the plug’ are now shitting themselves about the financial state of their club..... ...again.2 points

Plus , their savour Wael , is just a stooge. He gets to enjoy the adulation of gullible gAss , while having no real power over the money (6th richest club init ). I would like to know how they have spent £12m SINCE the take over. If they count Dwayne Sports purchase of the train ground, could they include anything that the family has bought in the time since the takeover? They may as well as the club wouldn't own that either.2 points

£12 million seems an awful lot of money to be a struggling league 1 side. All that money spunked by the tax dodging Al Qadi's..2 points

Is it just me, but the more Hamer speaks about Wael, the more he sounds like he is describing George, The Prince of Wales in Blackadder the third? At least Mrs Miggins pies won't let the faithful down!2 points

Ashton is a dump? What a cock. Used to be a bit run down, in the 80s and early 90s when his shit team used actually visit every year but in the last 2 decades it’s become a very desirable area for house buyers. In reality, you can bet your life that the Saghead who wrote that would LOVE to have a genuinely wealthy owner ‘wasting’ his money on the Gas, building a fantastic stadium like AG that gets complimented by every set of visiting fans. Showing off a new 10k seater stand instead of a tiny, ridiculous tent like structure. They deserve owners like the Al Qadis the same as they deserved to sleep walk into Non League. Even if they they ended up back there you’d still get their d1ck heads saying “I’d rather we did it this way and not the way Lansdown has done it”.2 points

I liked the way that twice when talking about the 'training ground' being ready, he said "Septem...umm...July 2019". So there's a 3 month delay already! That state of the art 'Training Complex' has very quickly become 1 full size pitch and 3 smaller ones with no mention of any other facilities at all. That visit to see Fleetwood's facilities must have been very enlightening:- "This is fantastic, just what we want, so how much did it cost?" "8 Million quid" "Bugger that for a game of soldiers" It should also be asked that, given it's now just 4 pitches, why the hell is the planning permission still dragging on and on?2 points
