  1. Academy success

I expect we only have to go back to last season at some point, Reid not being a regular and Joe probably missed a game.
  2. Leicester v Chelsea FA quarters

    Quarter finals started last season
  3. Leicester v Chelsea FA quarters

What a load of shit not doubting it's not true just them seriously complaining about it, doubt the players really notice at pitch level....
  4. Cardiff vs Derby

After his tweet earlier slagging the decision to call the game off Greg Halford needed help with his car in icy conditions just down the road
  5. Can't find the Vyner thread, but...

What are we going to do for loaning players if Plymouth get promoted?
  6. Next seasons Bristol Boys...

Think we should be looking to get Morrell and Moore into league one loans, Plymouth if they stay down....
  7. Cardiff vs Derby

Hate to say it but Cardiff win, Derby losing again will continue to hurt their confidence and keep us close to them, whereas Derby winning could push them on to securing a play off spot and we're not catching Cardiff.
  8. All Things County Cricket

Now watch England persist with Ali even if he doesn't get a single wicket and recall Crane when fit....
  9. Eros Pisano......

Which is a joke of a suggestion in itself given how well publicised it was that he wanted to move to the MLS being the whole reason Derby let him go.
  10. Lloyd Kelly

I know West Ham were watching Fleetwood v Plymouth, hoping they were there for someone other than Zak.
  11. AG1 - Portway P&R

I'll say first I don't use the system but have considered it a few times so interested in how it runs, but looking on their website it says the AG1 runs from The Robins to the park and ride? https://www.firstgroup.com/uploads/node_images/Bus time table AG1.pdf
  12. Eros Pisano......

Londoner's method of choosing who we were targeting...
  13. Eros Pisano......

  14. Lloyd Kelly

Wasn't there, good enough to keep in the side and push Joe up to LM?
  15. Mark Hughes

Pretty much a case of not wanting to gamble on someone who hasn't managed in the division given how long in the season is left. Serves them right for getting rid of Puel, he had a points per game average of just under 1.4 with them, enough to come out over 50 points. Don't think I'd want Southampton to come down though, will have a good enough squad to compete plus the parachute payments, Stoke coming down should be okay, they'll have to get rid of a big part of their squad. West Ham would be a mess if they came down.
  16. England squad v Netherlands & Italy

Selects 4 keepers just so he doesn't have to drop Hart, Unless they're all going to play 45 minutes each over the two games its a pointless selection.
  17. New formation/setup

Walsh was bought because he was available at that time, yes he may be able to compete for a first team spot, but with Pack and Smith he isn't going to get regular game time. Two of our players who can regularly play 90 mins week in week out. If we were mid table with no chance of promotion I expect Walsh would be getting a lot more minutes.
  18. New formation/setup

If Pisano can stay fit then with his and Bryan's ability to get up and down the pitch then I wonder if we may see the diamond again. DM - Pack CM's - Brownhill and Smith CAM - Paterson (back in his free role)
  19. Southampton

    Brendan Rodgers anyone?
  20. https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aston-villa-steve-bruce-wolves-14389135 "I’ve been restricted since I’ve been here. I wasn’t able to buy any players because we’ve had to adhere to rules. That’s our club and the way it has to be. I’ve accepted it. I didn’t like it when Keith Wyness was telling me, ‘You’ve got no money and you’ve got to wheel and deal’. It becomes more difficult but that’s the rules. When you look over their business since his arrival and the amount of big signings you have to laugh, Kodjia, McCormack, Hogan, Adomah, Terry, Samba, Hourihane just to name a few, yeah its been a real hardship the budget you've had to work on.....
  21. Free Away Travel Mr Ashton

No doubt they'd then get accused of it being used to cover for what's happened with st prices to make fans forget etc
  22. Our transfer policy is FAILING us

Personal opinion but just before his injury O'Dowda was one of the first names on the team sheet, was in excellent form.
  23. Our transfer policy is FAILING us

How many times do you need to be told we're operating on a bottom half budget? We can't just rely on lansdown and think he'll continue to pump his money in. He's trying to set us up to be sustainable for whenever he steps away from the club.
  24. LJ Transfers

Yes I do, our summer transfer business has generally been very good, we seem to get things wrong in January in my opinion. We've replaced strikers year on year as an example.
  25. Sessengnon you can half understand, England often take a young player to get them experience of what big comps are like Walcott when he was 17 or so for example, with the performances Sessengnon has put in this season if Fulham don't go up he'll be getting a big move likely to one of the big 6.
