This very important question has been asked many times on here already A thread was started in Feb 2023 by @Jerseybean and had lots of suggestions for some great pubs. Unfortunately I can’t seem to be able post the link to it here (maybe someone else can?) but it was a thread for ‘best pubs for away fans’ as per photo below

If you zoom in enough you can see Del’s Reliant parked near the entrance..

Careful…. That might just be the ‘Plum Bar’ which has been at Ashton Gate (by the stage in the fan zone) for a few seasons but now (due to having to change their business model to suit the club…) they are rarely there. Shame because not only were they nice people who worked hard to get people served quickly as possible the beers they sold were also very good.

Indeed. I know they have events like carnival all over Somerset and Pride parades etc but this looked chaotic, quite unorganised, traffic disruption (hospital appointments anyone?) and lots of litter being thrown around. Enjoy yourselves by all means but don’t expect others to pick up your rubbish at their expense.

I’m assuming the area around the Lansdown stand will get a facelift when the new entrance from the Wickes site gets completed?

There is free parking for a couple of hours (I think..) just on the right as you go into the Silver Zone. Lots of taxi drivers use it, there is a shelter for prayers and a public loo. It’s quite near the Flying Club place. You can get the shuttle bus to the airport terminal - just make sure you get the right one otherwise it’s a long walk to the free area from the Silver Zone drop off. No doubt when too many people start using this free option the airport will stop it….

Yawn yourself. If anyone else had posted that reference you would have ignored it but because it was @Robbored you thought you’d join the gang. Childish and tantamount to bullying behaviour by posting replies which were not quite verbatim but were pretty close to it. There is an ignore button you can use if it bothers you that much.

Indeed - @Bristolisredd - that’s one more than just watching Henderson , so maybe he’s atoned for making such a huge mistake…….. It’s all about opinions and something tells me he’s more qualified than you @Bristolisredd - to make those decisions for the team he will be selecting.
