  1. I am kind of there. Very rarely listened to them at all, other than for any headlines that came out of them about injuries and what have you. I did listen to a few of NPs as I found his style refreshing. Ultimately if we are playing decent football and getting half decent results, I would not care less if these were dull as ditchwater every time. I think the issue for LM is the extent to which the side seems to be starting to be a reflection of his style. And when results are poor everything gets put under the spotlight of course..
  2. Thought harsh, but if you are going to get one with seconds to go is not the worst time. Wales looked out on their feet last ten and did well to hang on.
  3. Looked it to me, would have been a very good shout for a penalty on VAR, hand looked well away from body. Only seen it the once but it was my immediate reaction.
  4. Well, I hate it when England lose, even in a friendly. Having said that a lot more hopeful signs to take away from tonight than Brazil. Same old problems however at the back. Edit…deserved draw!
  5. One of those matches. In fairness plenty of intent by England, and in lots of ways unlucky to be behind, as the ball will just not go in. Don’t deserve to be losing really. Equally at this level cannot give away a couple of daft goals. This midfield is exciting, lions defended by donkeys.
  6. Looked so sharp today, alongside Bellingham of couse who just oozes class and is a joy to watch.
  7. Look fairly decent when we go forward, but twice just been done with defensive disaster classes.
  8. Could certainly do worse, not to mention the savings if he has a load of stuff already branded ‘Manager, BCFC’…
  9. Just been confirmed. Rowett as interim until the end of the season. https://www.bcfc.com/news/all/mowbray-takes-medical-leave-as-rowett-appointed-interim-manager
  10. Let me introduce you to the ‘West Ham’ alternative universe of excuses.
  11. I read a bit about him before he joined but not this quote. It would have reaffirmed my view of the time however that there was a danger he would over think what was happening on the pitch and be a bit too much of a tinkerman during matches. It’s actually been the opposite. He talks about a myriad of decisions that need to be made over the 90 minutes, but seems to do…nothing during them. There is a plan, substitutes are pencilled pre match in and off they go. I simply not see him reacting to how the match is actually going, or changing, during the 90.
  12. It’s not really just today’s result is it? In isolation, WBA very strong at home, us with nothing to play for, nobody who is not a red is going to be surprised at 2-0. It’s the culmination of a run of really poor dull performances alongside poor results. Hang on to 0-0 as long as you can in the hope we can sneak something. Then if it’s going wrong, seemingly no idea whatsoever how to change it. If nothing changes I would be convinced we would go down next year. Our squad may not be top six, but they are capable of a lot more than this. We are completely anemic, and that is on the manager.
  13. I suppose it’s worse being a gas head Welsh rugby fan. A bit.
