  1. Evil post has a rival!

Truly terrible journalism if it is even that
  2. Sky Sports highlights

I might be wrong but I think sky have edited these highlights to make Utd look better than they were. We had chances ion the first half and I don't see them anywhere. Feel free to point out I'm just blind but I think we're being done a disservice here. http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/competitions/carabao-cup/11179242/bristol-city-2-1-man-utd So proud of the team and the club what a fricking result and performance!
  3. Johnson Says... Stay Until The End

You are probably right about the ingrained part of it , habits are hard to change. Are we that different from other clubs though? I can't say yes or no as I don't go to away games so have nothing to judge against and you can't really tell when watching games on the TV.
  4. Johnson Says... Stay Until The End

People leave early for all kinds of reasons though. Myself and my wife left on 88 minutes but thats because she has mobility issues at the moment due to ACL reconstruction. Plenty of other people leaving when we did had small children or were elderly. I would have thought that out of 21000 there will be a fair few that don't like the crush at the end so leave slightly early to mitigate that. So not that bizarre really if you think about it.
  5. Lee Johnson - Little Dig

It was bizarre, you should have seen his face when the 'Stand Up if you hate the Gas' chant started
  6. Lee Johnson - Little Dig

What makes it more pertinent (I think) is that I was sat next to a gas supporting bloke and his son in the Lansdown last night, he was going on about Matty Taylor to his son and saw him texting his mates saying how we were only winning as Palace had made nine changes. I think he may have made an error taking his son to watch us as I think we have another new fan!
  7. A more positive media view on our prospects

I was hoping there would be a bit more on us in the article but I'll take the few words of positivity as that seems to be the only good thing about us in the media as yet
  8. Elephant in the room

Phoned worldpay about money as bank told me it was in some kind of pre auth and they teflon coated it back to city who were the ones in the first place to say to wait three days, looks like I'll just be waiting for my money back. AAAARRRRGGGHHH
  9. Elephant in the room

I've been trying all morning and I understand it is the payment provider rather than CIty but I checked my bank account and bloody worldpay or whoever they are have reserved the money for the tickets out of my account even though the transaction didn't go through! Going to take three days for the money to go back according to city. Whilst I shouldn't be put off by this I am, completely. I've supported and watched city for god knows how long and this would have been my first match since getting seriously ill last January so I was really up for going. Looks like I won't be going at all now as I have no money left in my account. Worldpay w@nk3rs.
  10. Thatchers

Not too sure about Haze, seemed too sweet but I found adding a single (maybe double) gin to it sorted it right out :-)
