  1. Team for Forest

A dont blame fans for feeling the need to wrap Smith in cotton wool as LJ said, But if he's fit he has to play he's vital to the success of our team as is Brownhill alongside him.
  2. Young Tyreeq

Strong as possible for both games is a must. LJ may gamble with a slightly weakened squad against Forest and hopes it works, or at least hope were still in at with 20 mins left to make subs. I don't buy into we should play a second string side against United , we could easily get done 5-0 if we don't go full strength. Maybe players like Steele & Magnússon, but no disrespect to the lad but Bakinson has played what once for us and once for Luton. I dont see how he's ready to be thrown in against Man Untied of all teams even if he is training very well.
  3. TV Studio Ashton Gate

I thought that was the police control room but perhaps I'm wrong.
  4. Warnock- genius or pariah?

I cant stand him.. is he a good manager? yes would I want the crook anywhere near our club with his playing style? no Some will say it's effective which it is.. but imagine watching that everyone as the stats above show.
  5. Park Street Tomorrow Night

Yeah fair shout mate. Will be a few City in BSB I'd imagine but the majority will be over Bedminster way.
  6. Park Street Tomorrow Night

There's barely anywhere on park street, the greenhouse is awful for watching live sport. All stars would be your best option on park street.. but if your gunna watch it in town then the waterfront would be your best shout BSB.
  7. Sheffield United (A)

Don't know why some people get worked up about away attendances. Our away following can be hit & miss but is fairly decent on the whole. People are forgetting this game is on a Friday night which of course is a lot easier than say a midweek night game, But the majority of us work Fridays, Xmas coming up.. a lot of us went to Sheffield as recently as 18th November for the Wednesday game. If it was Saturday we'd more than likely take 250 more.. not to mention the game is on Sky which of course affects travelling numbers.
  8. How do we beat Manchester?

We'll need a United side to be well below par and City to play extremely well. But we've got nothing to lose, no one will expect us to win so we can give it our all and see what happens. Hopefully we can remain in the game for as long as possible then who knows. 3-1 United I reckon but we'll give it a real good go.
  9. Customer, Supporter or both - Rant!

I cant fault the club on anything at the minute.. on and off the pitch. Every time I've dealt with supporter services the individual has been very helpful and well on the pitch we all know how well that's going. We are customers as the club needs the revenue generated from ticket sales/food &drink/merchandise but first and foremost we are supporters/fans.
  10. Barnsley fans

There a strange bunch, they obviously took great enjoyment from seeing us struggle under LJ. But the do seem strangely obsessed with us. LJ fist pumping several times in there direction after we beat them last season at AG was most enjoyable.
  11. Fa Cup 3rd Round - Watford Away (again)

Newport Away would be decent. We'll probably end up with Hull or Boro away!
  12. This genuinely pissed me off

Gregor does a fairly decent job, especially as he must even find it frustrating that he's pushed to put out clickbait. But that article from Dan Newman is woeful.
  13. Team for Boro

Djuric is a great option off the bench but were yet to see Djuric & Eliasson both start Could be really dangerous with the balls Eliasson can put in for the big man. Excited to see how that works out!
  14. Team for Boro

I can see your theory regarding starting Leko. And to be fair he probably only needs one decent performance to boost his confidence and get him firing again.. But with the recent form of Eliasson off the bench if one of them is going to start I can only see it being Eliasson and I think he will. Agree at the fact with a smaller strike force, there's no one to get on the end of Eliasson's balls in, but he looks extremely dangerous with that left foot from set pieces for the likes of Flint to attack
  15. Frankie signs a new contract (Merged)

Thought his days were numbered when O'Donnell came in and looked very good for a short time, be fair play for FF he's always managed to reclaim the No1 shirt back. Although Giefer was hardly competition in my opinion but fair play to him.
