Manning needs to go.. he's clueless.. plan A doesn't work and he doesn't have a plan B. The football is slow and ponderous and the opposition quickly work us out knowing that if they score first they win the game. His substitutions are just like for like all the time and why anyone would want to give him time or money to waste is beyond me. The pathway for the youth has also all but disappeared and we're going backwards fast! As for Tinnion, he should have a long look at himself and take himself back to look after the academy and keep the youngsters coming through. He should be no where the first team apart from to tell about the next Scott or Semenyo coming through!

This.. I've said for weeks he doesn't get the club or it's supporters. We like to be entertained and we want to see 100% effort, passion and in your face football and we're seeing none of it. He's removed the passion and emotion from the players and most of the supporters too, pretty good going in 20 odd matches! He's completely out of his depth and letting him and Tinnion waste more money isn't the answer!

Yep, another vote for McInnes. The more I read about him the more impressed I am. Reading some of the saintees comments he looks good unearthing unknowns & turning them into good players so the board will be happy! Sounds like he plays attacking football too!
