  1. City vs Manchester - Dustbin Thread (merged)

I held a season ticket last season however moved away from Bristol this summer so did not renew. I have also attended home and away games this season including palace in the previous round but only purchased a membership after the draw today, as previously have never needed one to get a ticket. I hope the club are able to take previous games this season into account and don't just shut out everyone that purchased a membership today. Im slightly concerned but we shall see. Anyone know when the ticket details will be released?
  2. City's young players

Can someone explain what the club needs to do to get Cat 1 status, seems that Mr Landsdown has invested a lot and not seen much in the way of results?
  3. Man Utd away support.

Not true, to get a united away ticket you have to of held a S/T for 3 years and purchased every home cup game ticket during that period. Hate to say it but they do have great away support.
  4. Hull City

    Quarter finals then?
  5. Missing the game for the sake of a drink

I just find it hard to believe that it affects your match day experience that much. If it really was a massive problem surely the club (and every other club in the country) would step in to put an end to it?
  6. Missing the game for the sake of a drink

My block is half empty by this point anyway so I cant be blocking that many people (most of them have gone to get a pint).
  7. Missing the game for the sake of a drink

I only make the people in the seats next to me move once during the game, and that is 5 minutes before the HT whistle when me and the 4 other season ticket holders I go with leave to get a pint. Doesn't really cause a problem to them - we usually wait for a break in play before getting up. I'm just as entitled to go get a drink as you are to watching every second of the game (because you're such a bigger fan than me)
  8. Missing the game for the sake of a drink

If you wait until the HT whistle to go get a pint, most the time you will miss the start of the second half by the time you've queued and consumed it. Either way if you get a drink you're probably going to miss a bit of the game so what's the harm leaving before the HT whistle? For some people football is just about the 90 minute game, for others its about the whole match day experience of socialising with friends and fellow fans win lose or draw. If people want to have a pint - let them and stop moaning about it!
  9. City Fans in France

Will be watching the England v Wales game at the fan park in Paris
  10. ENG v WALES Euro 2016

I'm heading to France for the week England play Wales (no ticket). Anyone on here doing the same? unsure whether to stay in Paris for the game or head to Lens
  11. Season tickets (merged)

Just bought 5 season tickets in south stand block 9, really not much left around the place now!
  12. What is, or was our greatest ever "away day"?

Definitely the Palace game in the play offs for me, the Coventry away game at the start of that season was also a lot of fun.
