Wonder whether, if we don’t get the striker we are supposedly trying to add this month, he may get recalled towards the end of Jan.

Scott Twine - Loan Confirmed - No option to buy
Bo Andersons dietician replied to Shauntaylor85's topic in Football Chat
I don’t get the negativity. First choice was Azaz. He chose Boro. If our next options weren’t available / were too expensive in this window then what do we want the club to do? Just persist with zero creativity until the end of the season? Burnley have no reason to do us a favour with low buy option. If this move means we are more creative, score more goals, push us a few places up the league and generally make going to Ashton Gate more fun for the rest of the season then I’m all for it. -

Awesome. I can be excited about free kicks for the first time since Micky Bell! -
Leroy Lita - Undr The Cosh

Haven’t listened to the pod yet so dunno what the story is…but I once went to a pre season game at Hereford where we had a lad from Finland playing - Eremenko. Is that who you mean? -
Think people are more up in arms because a 27th CEO leaving in about 2 years further confirms the messy way the club is being run.

As disappointing as Bryan potentially ‘not coming home’ seems to be and taking the emotion out of it - Roberts might be the better option anyway. Much younger, potential sell on value, better recent fitness record, presumably cheaper. Not forgetting Pring has become an absolute beast.

Haydon Roberts Confirmed - Signed
Bo Andersons dietician replied to westonred's topic in Football Chat
Played left side a lot. Wonder whether this is Kalas not staying or Bryan not signing. Could he either or neither I suppose! Good profile anyway. -
I like it...but I have the original Hirerite version and I like a bit of nostalgia. This must be pretty catastrophic for Hummel's reputation regardless of if its because of them or their supplier. I cant remember another mid season change of shirt.

Andy King at CB experiment should never happen again…
Bo Andersons dietician replied to Davefevs's topic in Football Chat
Obviously King should have done better with the first goal but what didn’t help was the very loud “Keepers!” Shout from Max when the ball was in the air…with Max then just standing and watching. Communication in general is awful in our team. Players leaving balls for each other in both penalty areas. -
My top 5 fave AWAY City goals seen live not on tv
Bo Andersons dietician replied to MattWSM's topic in Football Chat
Some random ones from me…probably not particular memorable to most but great memories from my peak ‘away daying’ few years: Grimsby v City - Aaron Brown last minute winner Notts County v City - Marc Goodfellow last minute winner Brentford v City - Lita’s second after coming on as a sub and turning the game around -
If people think he is suddenly going to start fulfilling his potential here after 6 years, they are going to be disappointed. 5 or 6 positive performances a season for several years is pathetic. Has lots of of the tools to succeed at this level but misses the most important one - bottle. His wage (which is decent money) would be much better spent elsewhere. Even if he took a Weimann / Baker style pay decrease, I would still want us to go in a different direction. Seems like a decent chap and wish him well - but I'd be really disappointed if he is still here next season.

Mental. Surely tenner a ticket gets a load more people in the ground spending their money on the beer/food.
