According to the website the only home match where these can be collected is the Millwall game, but only before 14.00 and for an hour after the match. With 9000 tickets sold and no facility for collection at West Ham I am concerned that this could lead to problems with large numbers of people getting frustrated unless the message is reinforced to individuals nearer the time and actively managed on the day. Would it not be possible to set up separate and discreet collection points for these tickets throughout the hour leading up to the match when most fans arrive? Will any tickets not collected be taken on the coaches for distribution to passengers on the coaches. Again it may be worth reminding people individually of the procedures to be followed on the day of the match
