  1. Trouble vs Wall!!!!!!!!??????

  2. Graffiti artwork in Ashton Gate

Not trusted and not listened to and no. Could have s point there... Chequered flags? May be influenced by th ones waved by section 82 in the stands. Andy council I believe painted/sprayed the center robin with the stadium in the back ground but to be honest maybe voyder should have done the robin going by his Leicester city mural work and recent images he done on the front of the colston hall. Just think this project could have been so much more with the wow factor.
  3. Graffiti artwork in Ashton Gate

When you have a decent logo it ends up as someone’s tattoo regardless if you set out it being that as a goal or not, Ernie Robin got sprayed everywhere on walls; it became flags, stickers and put on anything from t’shirts to tea mugs and tattoos, it was something worth pushing in to a center focal point, I can’t see this Robin having the same impact and as a whole this mural would not pass to become a sticker by the lads to be stuck around to promote the club and these stickers go all over the world. The bottom two pictures had fan input from design, raising the money to organisation of artist and tools ie: scaffolding and was very much fan lead and the mural in the EE cost a few bob then knocked down with a big fat no for a replacement due to the reasons stated further up in this thread..
  4. Let's play a game

Play the game come the month of May 2018 still long way to go this season but so far so good... My humble pie is still in the freezer but happy how we are doing...

Not hammered just frustrating that some fans are clued in to this type of thing and yet again not truly listened to as if they were we can avoid all the bull shit in the first place, time and time again I have seen this and time and time again it can so easily be avoided by proper planning and consultation. Fans told no and now we see this so I can see why some fans are well and truly pissed off.
  6. Graffiti artwork in Ashton Gate

Yes many times even as far back as when fans were doing stuff in the Eastend and before the stuff painted on the winterstoke road car park walls which the community trust organisation, only after that event and seeing it did not get painted to plan two fans (one being myself) came back to do the other end in the dark of night. Mark Kelly to his credit has listened about upfest which they were at Ashton gate this year but this mural seems a kick in the knackers for those asking to do something and constantly told no as this is a corporate area plus a neutral stadium so we can’t paint stuff, now we see this go up with no fans consultation or brains picked of those who have done this before. Very spoon fed and box ticked. The 3 artist used are very talented but this is not their finest hour and it’s like seeing your favourite actors working with a poor script.. The robin should have been done by voyder going by his artist Work done at Leicester city.

    You got it
  8. Graffiti artwork in Ashton Gate

It's like turkeys agreeing to christmas. Box ticking with no thought to detail.
  9. Graffiti artwork in Ashton Gate

Looks like what they call in the trade graffiti bombing over each other’s Work (look up Robbo vs banksy) To be honest knowing the past 3 artist Work I find this a mix mash of ideas and done very quickly with what appears to be less care taken in the final detail and more importantly just what would fans like to see, looks very box ticked to me. Mural = tick Robin (don’t matter which one) = tick Red and white flag = tick Stadium = tick Bristol City = tick Now chuck it all together.. Looks very busy..... Oh well each to their own I guess but missed opportunity to take their time and do something really special.
  10. Half Time - S26

Looks like they took the chap towards the Heineken lounge. This is not the first time stewards have been looking to wind things up for the sake of it going back to the time in the Atyeo with the same set of stewards. @Mkelly @AdamB I hope this gets looked in to and the stewarding in this area gets a reassessment as it is supposed to be a more relaxed attitude..
  11. Half Time - S26

Was just told the following by a few of the lads I know who normally set up the flags: "Apparently a kid got pushed off his chair by a steward and the dad laid the steward out and then police and stewards rushed in and dragged him by his neck" 7/8 stewards on this one guy then loads got involved.. Steward number 13 in a blue jacket was allegedly the cause. A woman who said about it. He's a bouncer and by all accounts didn't have a clue how to handle football fans. A complaint/comment needs to be made about over the top stewarding... All should be on cctv.. The bloke who was kicked out was with his 9/10 year old kid who has a learning disability. He was shit scared by all accounts and a elderly lady was fuming about the treatment he received. There is a over the top steward one with glasses spent the whole game wandering about directing stewards into the crowd and the slightest thing, he does it all the time. A chap who does the flags spoke to Dave storr at half time. He said the bloke was detained and they were waiting for the police and if any of his stewards did anything wrong he'd investigate the same as if it was a fan.. So we shall see..
  12. Cardiff - Back to 12 Noon on Saturday!

No matter the changes the Question is do fans prefer this game on a Saturday or a Friday evening? A few didn't want the Friday night..
  13. Cardiff - Back to 12 Noon on Saturday!

Standard goings on around a few U.K. Suburbs on bonfire night.
  14. Cardiff - Back to 12 Noon on Saturday!

I would say more to do with bonfire weekend which is a pain in the arse for all emergency services including A&E. A lot of firework displays official and unofficial going on.
  15. Cardiff - Back to 12 Noon on Saturday!

Busy bonfire pyro weekend I wonder if big statements would have appeared if sky was not involved and just fixture changing on its own. Did someone say yes for the money but did not consult all parties and knickers have got twisted?? Maybe? A lot of fuss Who knows?
