  1. Think that Tomlin and half the team will want out at the end of the season as they clearly aren't giving their all for the incompetent excuse of a manager. Expecting numourous agents banging on the chairmans door especially as he's now stated if we stay up Johnson stays! Also doubt if any decent championship standard players would be even contemplating signing for city as it hardly looks like a good career move- won't get much playing time;will get publicly slated;will be in a certain relegation battle.
  2. Out
  3. All these clubs have had premier league football and most are above us in the league now
  4. Kasper Schmeichel said the players were 100% behind Ranieri a day before he was sacked. We live in hope!!!
  5. The form of the team is surely going to be affected by the training/coaching the players get. The motivation of the players and belief in what they are being told. The ability of the players and luck. Based on the second half of last season and the very beginning of this, the players are clearly good enough. So something else is wrong. Are the team just going through a very unlucky time or is the loss of belief in the coaching etc? JOHNSON OUT. I want success now not another 30 years of watching lower league football. Time waits for nobody Mr Lansdown
  6. Can they be less mentally or physically prepared than they are now? If the record breaker is in charge we could stoop to a record breaking run of form at the bottom of league 1 I suppose!
  7. Might not have many left!!!!
  8. Worrying thing is if Lansdown wont sack him unless we are in a relegation place, it could take a few more games for teams below us to pick up the nesessary points. Then we're going to have a even harder job getting a decent manager in. Is anyone going to want half a dozen games to save their cv from having 'relegated ' on it!!
  9. We wouldn't be in the top two with him in charge. The players won't play for him in the championship, they won't in league 1.
  10. The club have lost their 'P45' forms!
  11. Is it to much to ask for a resounding city win and Johnson getting the sack ?
  12. I suspect the majority of fans don't read this forum or know about the petition(yet). Johnson wouldn't have survived anything like this long back in the nineties. When the fans wanted a manager gone he was subjected to massive verbal abuse at the games. It never took long before the p45 was on their desk. Denis Smith, Osman,Pullis all needed very thick skins not to crumble during their last games. Different world now, but the board would listen if the atmosphere was toxic and if there are empty seats. For what its worth I would've sacked the clown in December as the performances have deteriorated from the first game when surely they should've been improving. Especially with the massive backing he's had.
  13. Away with the fairies
  14. All I seem to be reading about is Gary Rowett as the man to get. I'm not keen! Seemed to play dull defensive football at the blues. I go to games to be entertained and hope to see attacking skilful play .Tomlin on form is a joy as was the promotion season under Cotterell. I would rather Pemberton as a caretaker with the view of permanent if successful or maybe ONeil as he has played at the top and under some top managers(although I have no idea if he has the personality/charisma required or the ambition to be a manager). Any suggestions?
  15. The manager!!!!!
