  1. For reasons on and off the pitch, over the last six months I have become increasingly disillusioned with the club. This feeling is on the backdrop of the arrogance and poor senior management decision making, lack of entertainment and overall regression on the pitch, zero transparency, the downright lies and seeing the horrible ar$e covering propaganda machine in full flow etc. Then on top, they hit me with a +10% increase in my SS seat for good measure. I'm now thinking I'm not going to renew. Trust me, this thought would have been unthinkable just six months ago and it's astonishing how they have somehow managed to push me into even thinking this. They are literally giving me no reason or incentive to change my mind or train of thought - nothing. In addition, with the new TV deal and many games subject to being moved, I think I'll just pick and choose odd games to attend instead. It really is a crying shame, but I doubt they'll be bothered or lose any sleep over it.
  2. The club quote the following: Adults start from £390 (£17 per game) in a newly expanded Family Area next season, while the popular South Stand is £425 for renewing adults (£18 per game). Well, the South Stand prices are not "£18 per game", it is actually £18.48 per game. If it was "£18" per game the total price would be 23 x £18 = £414 (not £425!). I know and appreciate the numbers have been rounded, but why not quote the real actual cost per game.
  3. I know what you mean, there is an issue that needs addressing. However, putting the adult season tickets prices in the SS up by more than double that of any other part of the ground does not seem particularly fair tbh.
  4. So for adult tickets, percentage increases are as follows: Lansdown Family: £375 > £390 = +4.0% South Stand: £385 > £425 = +10.4% Dolman Wings: £465 > £485 = +4.3% Dolman Centre: £560 > £585 = +4.5% Lansdown Wings: £560 > £585 = +4.5% Lansdown Centre: £675 > £700 = + 3.7% South stand tickets have increased by more than double in comparison to any other area in the stadium - how come?
  5. Because it probably also suits the Lansdown's agenda?
  6. No manager, no CEO, no head coach, no head of fitness/conditioning and we have this bloke in charge of sorting it out... Oh dear!
  7. Offered no meaningful justification, not a single jot, for the decision to get rid of Nige.
  8. I'm in the same position as you, I do not have a printer available to print out paper copies of tickets so also have the PDF's on my phone which should work (there are no issues using this technology in various other scenario's, for example in airports for boarding passes etc.). Appreciate it does state to have a paper copy of the ticket, but should there be an issue at the HPC you would hope common sense prevails and it is not requested to return to the ticket office and pay for a paper copy.
  9. I still haven't received mine and spoke with supporter services this morning. In my case, I had an old address on the system (over 6 years back) and they explained that in a small number of cases some cards have been sent to previous addresses in error (issue with the mailing process). They have therefore deleted the old address so that it does not happen again and arranged for a reprint of the season card to be sent out this week. Should get it by the end of the week hopefully.
