    To be fair to them they didn’t exactly have a lot of time to work with and they have to issue 7000 tickets

    Hmm, I can say I have only ever had excellent service from the staff over the phone. Always helpful. I don’t tend to use the online system as I do find it difficult but takes mere minutes over the phone.

    Not true. I know someone from the club and only the head honchos can park for free. Anyone else has to sort themselves out.

    I think theres only a charge if you move to another price category? So from the dolman to lansdown as an example. Also it's only 3 moves, confirmed to me over the phone Monday
  7. Phone number for club shop this Morning?

    You have to order the free shirt over the phone. Can't do it by just going into the shop. They will need proof of age too. My buddy took his kid to try on a shirt yesterday and then phoned to order the size. I believe it's 9-5 Monday to Friday and on a match day. Not sure about weekends.

    I think the membership is good value. Especially when they have double discount offers throughout the season.

    Not sure Bristol Sport make the decision on banning flags. That's probably down to the stadium regulations

    The club are usually quite quick to respond to any emails I have sent. What email address are you sending to? Also I have got through over the phone pretty quick recently so I find it hard to believe you are not getting any response.

    As far as I know they check all details with Birmingham and if they are on their database they will cancel tickets. Nothing stopping them from using a different address though

    I agree. It would make life a lot easier if they put a note on the site saying that we need to phone if we don't have a Bristol postcode or purchase history.

    It's because there is an online blocker for new accounts and certain post codes. I had the same issue and they explained to me on the phone. If you have a postcode that isn't Bristol then they check with Birmingham first.

    I sent mine in. They phoned for bank details. All done. Very pleased with the service and gesture
