  1. Very moving and certainly puts everything else into perspective. Respect to Harry Arter for telling his story in such an open and honest way about something that would be our worst nightmare. I will certainly be giving my daughter an extra hug today.
  2. I think it was his reputation that added at least an extra foot on in height!
  3. Well, I'm certainly wide enough!
  4. Steve Neville and Glyn Riley must've been our shortest attacking partnership ever
  5. Steve Neville
  6. What about a team from Australia and New Zealand? Off the top of my head, I recall Bailey Wright Nick Carle Luke Wilkshire David Seal Paul Agostino Chris Wood There were some good attacking players there, but the defence leaves a lot to be desired!
  7. RIP fellow Red. Thoughts go out to family and friends at this sad time.
  8. Fair enough, but due to work, family and financial issues, I don't get the opportunity to watch City live very often, so like to read this forum and the many different views of the posters.
  9. Oh, I see. I honestly thought it was a genuine comment when I read it. It's a shame some people have to resort to petty digs and negativity, and are unable to find the positive in anything or anyone.
  10. I'm surprised at your reaction to Robbored's comment. I don't think he mean't anything by it. I couldn't name all these other players from different clubs. Some people's knowledge on such matters is amazing, doesn't mean that I'm showing disdain either.
  11. Obviously, the rest of the journalistic world is missing out on providing information that the reader or viewer really needs to know. All these murders, assaults, terrorist activities etc. And not once are we told which football club the perpetrator supports.
  12. What the hell has whichever football club he supports have to do with the story? Why not tell us then, which country he supported in the last world cup? Or his favourite colour? None of this information has any bearing on the story whatsoever.
  13. So you were defending yourself by saying you didn't call him a shit player, then proceed to say he was a little later. Also, every player that ever was has had at least one poor game in their life. Why you felt the need to start a thread about one game he played not so well in, is beyond me.
