  1. The Beatiful Game is Turning Ugly

Article by David Goldblatt: The Beautiful Game is Turning Ugly Worth a read if only for the hilarious line about ‘Jordanian carpet baggers’.
  2. Worst single moment watching City

I actually had a heart attack the morning after our pitiful capitulation to Leicester in our last game under Mcinnes.
  3. City v United Scarf

    Take cover.
  4. Phil Neville’s Tweets....

I was going to give that a laugh emoticon and then thought better of it - an ex of mine has stalked me relentlessly across the internet and constructed a pretty good case for the prosecution compiling tweets of mine spanning 5 years of acrimonious dispute, all printed out in glorious colour on A4 paper in a series of ring binders......confirmation that I find this sort of thing funny would only add grist to her mill.
  5. Kevin De Bruyne

Great footballer but what a fekkin’ bell end of a human being.
  6. Favourite ' mistress ' clubs

A perfect description. I should have added to my previous post that I came to my senses in 2005, bought a season ticket for AG and started commuting back to Bristol for Home games. The 260 mile round trip was a lot less less painful than the racket in the Den/New Den even after a defeat.
  7. Favourite ' mistress ' clubs

I lived in Forest Hill, London for many years, although equidistant from Palace , Millwall and Charlton its very much Millwall country and I made a lot of friends among their number...and that’s the only other club whose home end I have visited regularly, on a non-partisan and er, ‘friendly’ basis if that’s possible in that neck of the woods. Only when we were in different divisions as well I might add, I mean, you wouldn’t shag your mistress in your wife’s bed now would you?
  8. We all TALK a good game, but .......

I was a cocaine and snakebite fuelled right back in a couple of Clapham Common Sunday League pub sides (Bedford Arms, Waggon & Horses) in the 80’s. No one got past me without a fight, which I usually lost.
  9. we are going to batter Norwich out of site

I’m with the OP on this one. Also, I can’t make it to the game myself and always miss the ones where we batter the visitors, so it’s a nailed on 6-0.
  10. Pre-match music for return leg

  11. Now Yeovil draw Man Utd

Close, but no cigar. It’s still in the City & County of Bristol.
  12. Now Yeovil draw Man Utd

That’s a fact that can’t be denied, but the club itself was founded in and still stands in the City and County of Bristol. Loads of Chelsea fans in Surrey too.
  13. Now Yeovil draw Man Utd

    You Reds!
  14. Now Yeovil draw Man Utd

I support Bristol City....not Brislington City.
  15. Now Yeovil draw Man Utd

Bedminster maybe not pal, but Bristol yes. Now then......when the club was formed was Bedminster in the City & County of Bristol or in Somerset?
