  1. Thanks @phantom We picked this up in January and i have been in touch with the Brentford SLO to let them know about the trains for the away supporters. Keep highlighting this, just in case we miss anything though! @AdamB will have this covered in all club comms prior to the match too. I will always look to retweet from my Twitter account to drive awareness. See you later. Matt
  2. Cardiff Tickets

Hi @ChippenhamRed Our solicitors sent a letter on behalf of the club last week challenging the allocation and requesting more tickets. As yet I don't believe we have had a response however I had already asked the same question myself this morning and I was wondering the same too. Matt
  3. Fulham tickets west stand upper

I have just heard that some space has opened up in W6 @RedSA @Super Matt
  4. Fulham tickets west stand upper

Hi @Super I was told last week that there was still quite a lot of seats elsewhere in the stadium, so they wouldn't whilst they remained available. Let me ask again for you though. Matt
  5. Burton Away Tickets

Morning @RedM As soon as I was made aware of this yesterday I contacted Supporter Services to understand what has happened. I have yet to hear from them but have chased again this morning. Matt

Morning, Let me ask the question for you. It would definitely help in the short term until the PA is sorted. Matt
  7. Atmosphere and support in general.

Hi there, I've asked marketing to make me aware of any planned incentives for under 18's. I know we have the £1 a kid in place for Sheffield Wednesday. https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/quid-a-kid-offer-for-owls-clash-in-march/ A number of tickets are given out through community to local groups and schools so this does happen. Hi all, I can confirm I met @Robbored on Saturday. Turns out he lives across the road from my nan so I will be able to pop in for a cuppa now too. Small world. @Bristol Rob Just on the Man City away sound. I came back to the office the next day following the trip to the Etihad stadium and fed back about how great the sound was in the away end too. When we asked Man City about their set up and what equipment they had installed, they said that we were currently reviewing it, because despite it being good in that part of the ground it is really patchy in other parts. They also said it was a brand new system that had had installed at the stadium too. Everyone this end is aware of how bad the sound is and the relevant team are looking at what could replace the legacy equipment in the Dolman. I will keep on asking the question on behalf of all fans in the Dolman, and whenever I get any updates I will let you know. This wont be coming off my list until it is sorted. Glad you liked Unfinished Sympathy @Tomarse I thought it sounded great in that slot and have asked for it to remain there for all future matches. Matt
  9. Liam Miller RIP

Hi @RaspberryRed Im not sure who the actual invite came from. Also just heard that both club's have agreed for the player' to wear black armbands today in a mark of respect for Liam Miller. Matt
  10. Liam Miller RIP

Hi all, Quick update on this. I have just checked this end and have been told Sunderland haven't requested anything as they are likely to do something at their next home match. We also have not been given any direction from the EFL either on this. Just to note however that the club will be sharing the story of the 5 City fans today who cycled from Ashton Gate to the Stadium of Light earlier in the season to raise money for the Bradley Lowery Foundation. They raised just under £6k and are featured in the match program and will be interviewed pitch side pre match. Bradley's parents are also at the match as well today and there will be an image of Bradley going up on the screens on the 6th minute. Matt

I think everyone is aware that the sound system need to be improved in the Dolman. Its not an easy fix during the season, so will be something that is looked at in the close season. All of us wants it to be the best it can be. Are you around on Saturday? I'll pop up to your seat on Saturday so I can listen to the tannoy from where you are. Matt

Hello, It probably wont surprise you that LA P&R is on the list to be discussed. Coming from Nailsea, I understand how this help fans who live in North Somerset and beyond. Matt

Hi @Davefevs I haven't had that come into me yet but will add to the list. Have you mentioned it to Gareth Torpy who is the club DLO? Matt
  15. One for Matt - and his list!

Hi all, Thanks for the interest in the now infamous list! It was 43 pages long of fan feedback, but it's now up to 56 pages, so there is plenty to be working on and it keeps on growing! The feedback has been a mixed bag of ideas/suggestions that have been bought up on the forum many time before, as well as some new ideas too. I've been categorising each piece of feedback into generic areas such as stadium operations, ticketing, etc and then sub categorising further, so under transport that is split further down into parking, park & ride, trains, CATS. I’m now identifying the teams across the football club, Bristol Sport and Ashton Gate Ltd who are responsible for each of these area. I’ll be setting up meetings with them, with the aim to understand where we currently are, the challenges around each of the issues and how we can move forward and look to find a solution or understand why somethings may not be possible. Some progress to date: I have also worked in conjunction with Section 82 and Supporter Club & Trust in delivering the flag display against Manchester City. I have been working with departments across Bristol Sport and Ashton Gate to reinstate the bricks that were purchased in 2005 on the new Wedlock Wall this summer. I’ve been looking at what the club can do to recognise fans and hopefully everyone will have seen the bits we have been doing for different fans over the past few months, such as Jerry on coach 2. I have also been working with Ashton Gate Ltd and First Bus to add additional busses on the Portway & Brislington Park & Ride routes post-match. I have also been present at the January & February Supporter Club & Trust meeting as well as attending FAN. I have also been creating away game reviews where I look at how opposition clubs are set up and bring back key learnings/best practice to share with the teams across the football club, Bristol Sport and Ashton Gate Ltd. Things do take time and not everything will be able to be fixed immediately, but I am listening and noting everything down. Furthermore, there are some things that may not be solved and sometimes I will have to communicate decisions that may not always be popular, but in doing so I will be able to help explain the rationale behind them. I will keep feeding back in and working to help create a club we can all be proud of as fans. Matt
