Explained the club has a model of bringing youth through and younger players into the club then improving them to profit off them in time. Made a point of saying King / James / Dickie old heads around the younger players.

There are a lot of comments here - mainly anti short term loan and issues with our transfer strategy. Surely if we want to attract players to join us on a longer term strategy, we need to have a solid end to the season where our manager can play a team in his style? That in turn requires us to speculate a little now rather than try and struggle on. New signings would look more favourably on us if we have a solid end of season and finish say 8th-10th than just end up in 14-16th with our current inconsistent results and style of play.

As a heads up if buying a ticket as an existing member. To use this I had to remove the automatically applied adult member benefit (£5 off) as it would not process the discount straight away. It isn’t obvious until you go in to the checkout and “remove benefit” from next to the member name by the ticket. I hadn’t seen this explained in any of the emails that I’ve read.
