The original plans showed a larger hotel (to cater for delegates at the conference facilities) but that was reduced to a smaller hotel, like a premier inn/travel lodge size hotel. I think the planning permission was detailed for the stadium but outline proposals for the pub/outlet/hotel.

The report into putting double yellow lines said that were fewer accidents on match days than on non match days and the reason they gave was that drivers were more careful, but they still went ahead and put double yellows down.

In terms of the stadium AG might produce 80% of the revenue, but does it take in the hotel, fast food and pub leasing income? I doubt it, also the Arena was due to be on the site producing even more leasing income/ car parking revenue. AG is our home but it is definitely a poor second in terms of revenue.
