  1. Renewed or not renewed. Please post here

Not renewed x 4. Kids affected in Dolman by 54% increase. Lots of upset from kids but can't accept this outrageous increase.

Just another thought. Will the corporate's that eventually take my seat in the Lower Dolman like getting wet every time it rains ? How can that be a premium seat ?

Reply from Rachel Lemar head of supporter services to my email complaining about a 54% increase for 2 x U19's tickets and my 16.32% increase. So if I don't like it move somewhere else. Thanks very much City !! Thank you for your email. Apologies for the delay in replying. During the review for season card pricing a number of factors were taken into consideration. This included how we fare against other Championship clubs, what value we see our premium seats at, what our cheapest offering is and what is on offer for children and families. It was therefore decided that an increase would be applied to the Dolman Stand which is classed as one of our premium areas. The family area will be increased to allow for more families to go in there and the South was frozen as we felt this price was appropriate for our cheapest area of the stadium. After supporter feedback since pricing was released, we have made some changes which now includes under-19 and under-12 rates in the West Stand, as well as a longer renewal period for all season card holders. Please see the updated story here https://www.bcfc.co.uk/
  4. Further ST News

Any news on the adult 16.32% increase and U19's 54.64% increase in Dolman centre ?????

Don't know if anyone else has posted about the FSF. I emailed them yesterday afternoon and had an instant response. I emailed City complaining about the season ticket costs on Tuesday evening and have not heard a word. Response below from FSF We've had quite a few emails about this today. It doesn't sound good. Would it be OK with you if I pass on your email to our affiliates at Bristol City Supporters Trust to hear their thoughts as well? Just to figure our next steps etc as instantly putting it into the public domain doesn't always guarantee the best results. We also meet the EFL on a bi-annual basis in meetings with fan groups and, without prempting everyone's opinion involved in setting that agenda, I should imagine this would be a prime candidate for inclusion. Many thanks, Michael The FSF I gave the go ahead and then got another response. Super, I believe the Bristol City Supporters Trust are meeting the club next week and this evidence will prove very useful for them. Similarly when we raise the issue with the EFL, first hand opinions are very important. Don't know if any good will come from it but at least someone is reading the emails at the FSF and replying !!!

Why the hell should you move. I sit in Dolman centre as well. We shouldn't just give up on this !

Just read the email again. BRISTOL CITY ALWAYS BELIEVE Yes always believe the fans will be ripped off at the first convenient moment. My daughters both U19 talked me into getting a season ticket a few seasons ago. They will have to do a lot of talking now to renew it !!

Unfair isn't the word. Daylight robbery might be nearer

2 adults and two children in Dolman an increase of £246 or 23.38% rise. Having spent a fortune following the fantastic cup run this has just about finished me off. Going to be two disappointed U19's. Thanks City !!! just a thought, cant you try and get seats in the south stand? It isn't about where we sit it is about the club inflicting a 23% increase when the average worker is struggling to get 2%. When they say football has lost touch with the public this is a fine example. Would any other business inflict this on their customers without some sort of explanation ?

  11. The Etihad, a few Tips and Advice

Hi Alan Thanks for the useful advice. Is it true there is a free car park for mini buses ?
  12. Changes to the National League.

It's always been the bottom four relegated.
  13. 41 Years Ago Today

Stood in front of the Dolman and even though I was only 12 I couldn't believe it had been 64years since we had been in the top division. Ran onto the pitch and still have a piece of the turf in a school book. I wrote about it the next day in English. Now it's been 37 years !!
  14. 19 February 1974

Great memories. It was played on a midweek afternoon because of the three day weeks at the time. I was only 10 and my Nan was looking after me as my Mum worked close by in a Grocer's shop. I kept running backwards and forwards to the shop to tell Mum how we were doing despite her having absolutely no interest ! One of the great moments when Donnie scored the winner. Saw the first game as well down at the gate. I had to stand on a wooden stool in the open end ! Can you imagine that now ?
