  1. Keith Welch (positive news!)

Great news, keep fighting the bastard Keith.
  2. Bristol Rovers Dustbin Thread

Taunton Town 2 Bristol Rovers 2 tonight. "A hard fought draw against a side who made surprisingly made it into the first round of the FA cup this season" said Leigh Robinson, Taunton Town manager.
  3. What's your most prized City memorabilia ?

I've got a signed City football from 87 with all the squad on it, and a signed pair of Brian Tinnions boots from the last game of the season in 98 away at Preston. Lots of other bits and pieces, shirts, programmes etc.
  4. 'It might wake a few up'

Didn't mean he was wrong, it just felt like he was defending him. We are not in the bottom 3 because of the penalty miss or today draw, we are in the bottom 3 because Lee Johnson is incapable of managing a group of professional footballers to anything like an acceptable run of results. By his own admission he doesn't know his best 11.
  5. 'It might wake a few up'

I couldn't believe what I was hearing, he really did say it. 10 points from a possible 60 is a disgrace. Then Twentypence told a caller you can't blame Johnson for the penalty miss, no, but he must be blamed for the overall position of the club. Sack him now!
  6. Truro to ground share with Torquay

I lived in St Austell from 1985 to 1991 aged 15 to 21. It was a great time to be living in Cornwall. I have also followed the rise of Truro with some interest. I used to play football with their one time assistant manager Glynn Hooper after he was released by Ipswich.
  7. Points Prediction Competition

    64 pts - +12 gd
  8. Fao: All Taunton Based City Fans. Ttfc Play Offs

I remember it being closer to 12 mins, I don't think the ref was going to blow the final whistle until they scored. I heard that the ref was from the Norfolk area. Had a great day out though on a bus from The Bell in Bishops Lydeard.
  9. Mark "divvy" Saunders

RIP Mark, sleep well mate knowing you did your bit.
  10. Matt Hewlett

Met him at Butlins a few years ago, his Mum had a caravan down there, had a good chat about City and football in general, really nice lad but he wouldn't have a go on my surf simulator, said his back still wasn't right.
