  1. Big game at Hillsborough today, would love to see a big win for Wednesday for the GD, but any win would do!
  2. You’d always rather have points on the board, but bear in Southampton have two in hand and then trips to Leicester and Leeds on the final day. Goal difference means it’s probably out of their hands, but they still have everything to play for as things stand.
  3. Remember Taylor - in the urinal, not on the balcony!!
  4. Playing well, keep it up City, let’s get that second goal… and not concede a sloppy one on the break!!
  5. Apologies for not updating the thread everyone, it had slipped so far down the pages. I'm afraid all three tickets have now been sold - Mods if you'd be good enough to amend the title! Best of luck in the search for tickets you guys.
  6. Update: Single ticket sold. Pair of tickets together still available!
  7. Morning all, I have three tickets in the away end next week for sale. Full disclosure; a little awkwardly, we bought an initial two together and, separately, a third - which we were going to try to work out on the day!! Will confirm details over DM for those interested. Two of us were supposed to be spending next week in Southampton for work but this has changed last minute - and a lack of appetite for the solo trip for the third - means they're all up for grabs. I have the physical tickets with me, however as I'm Brighton based I'd have to post these to you (a bit of trust involved here!) and take payment online. If there are any takers then ideally I would get these in the post today, first class, to get them over to you ASAP. Conscious of time constraints, so first come first serve - face value (£25 each, no worries about postage). Cheers
  8. FYI, about 20 minutes ago, I bought what was showing as the final one ticket available. When I completed the purchase, it said there were another two for sale - perhaps they were being held in people's baskets and they didn't follow through. Keep refreshing!
  9. Appreciate this is a thread aimed at what Manning didn't say, and this probably stood out like a sore thumb because NP was such a beacon of considered, articulate thoughts after the cliche bingo of LJ / MA - but in the few clips I've seen, I've already lost count of how many times he's said "the big bit" or variations thereof. "The big bit for me is I want people to enjoy watching this time" "The big bit is the playing group that's currently here" "It starts with behaviours, that's the most important bit" "That's the biggest bit, how you look at the weekend, win, lose or draw" ""Being open to learning, being coachable, I think that's the biggest bit" "How we review sessions, how we review games, how we analyse everything... that's the biggest bit" "The big bit is getting results and winning games" But Liam, which of the big bits is the biggest!?
  10. Oh yes, Andes constantly inspiring Max to reach Peak performance in a Range of ways! We'll be Climbing the table in no time...
  11. Mixed emotions about this one - I’ve lived in Brighton since 2014 (left Bristol midway through the title winning season ) and rarely manage to make it to any City games home or away these days (our last game was WBA at home on Boxing Day - aren’t we lucky!) My partner has recently got a job that takes her to Southampton every now and then, so this was one of the first fixtures we looked out for this year. I’ve just bought our tickets, and being such a rare treat for us it’ll be a great night either way, but was a massive fan of NP and everything he stood for and was building us towards - so just wish this one were coming under different circumstances. Hey ho, see you all in a few weeks - COYR
  12. As votes stand, a little over 30% of voters either want Steve Lansdown to remain as owner or aren't sure, but only 60% of those (18% total) trust or possibly trust them to make good decisions in the club's best interests. Unpack that!
  13. This is tough to watch. Frantic, no composure and generally a really poor quality game. Surely it can only get better!?
