  1. Would we be upset If we didn't make the play offs

At this point I'd be very disappointed if we didn't finish in the top 6. Regardless, it will have been a successful season after last year.
  2. Man City Fans

https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/fan-cam-manchester-city-v-bristol-city/ Love watching Man City, try to get up there a couple of times each year to take the opportunity to see such a great team whilst I can. Last time was for the Napoli game a couple of months ago. Will be up there again soon no doubt. Only real gripe is wtf they have outdoor bars and no indoor options - it's rather cold up there in the middle of January!! Funnily enough I've never actually seen anything other than a Man City win when there - perhaps I should have stayed away from the first leg! My first time as an away fan there, facilities just as good as in the home stand to their credit. Having said all of that, I still hope we batter you in the second leg
  3. Return leg suggestion

If there's not at least one chant of "where were you at the Etihad" I'll be mildly disappointed
  4. Manchester City home game - slow ticket sales

Naively, when booking a holiday abroad, I only checked to make sure I wouldn't be missing a home league game. I should have thought about it being the league cup semi finals week really, since we traditionally do really well in the cups..
  5. How we can beat wolves today.

Must win? No, this is as close to a freebie as we're gonna get. Especially after last nights result.
  6. Manchester City Away Tickets - SOLD OUT

I've been to the Etihad a few times and sat in all three tiers there. Must say that there is no bad view in any of them so I wasn't worried about booking my tickets this morning in tier 3.
  7. Another "Manchester" Game

Never have, and never will, understand why people get upset when we're referred to as "Bristol". In my mind, just served to reinforce the utter irrelevance of the blue few.
  8. Worst single moment watching City

I get where you're coming from. I was also at the Brighton game, and the singing of Al-bi-on will haunt me forever! But; the rewards on offer for the Hull game were just so much greater. I remember thinking at the time that I might not see us get that close to the top flight again in my lifetime, such is the annually increasing disparity of wealth distribution in football.
  9. A Bristol City Perspective

Some complimentary Wolves fans commenting on that blog. I don't share their optimism sadly, I think this could be a game too far with our injuries at the moment. We looked leggy at the end of the Reading game, and don't have the depth to rotate freshness in as much as we probably need to right now. I'd take a point if offered up, but honestly fear this one could be a heavy defeat.
  10. Worst single moment watching City

Has to be losing to Hull in the play offs. Yes, we had been overachieving that season, but that was our shot to make the big time and we blew it. From being top as late in the season as march, to losing the play off final just sucked in general tbh.
  11. Players leaving

Bryan is a £30m player on his own right now. Young and English adds £££ to his value. I can see him going to Everton in the summer as Baines' long term replacement.
  12. Manchester City Away Tickets - SOLD OUT

You can link his ticket to your own account on the website as long as you have his support id to hand.
  13. Tickets for Man City Home Game (Merged)

    On sale tomorrow from 10am
  14. Tickets for Man City Home Game (Merged)

Which is weird really considering the away leg is first..
  15. Contenders or Pretenders

I started to get uncharacteristically optimistic about our chances after the Cardiff match. I've seen nothing since to change my mind.
