My understanding is Nige wasn't put on Gardening Leave until the end of his contract, he was sacked. So, in employment law, if you sack somebody then the terms of their original contract are null & void because there isn't an employment contract bind. Any 'notice period' payment Nige currently has will highly likely be part of a brand new compromise/settlement agreement. A compromise/settlement agreement fully supersedes any original contract of employment. It is also likely that there will be other financial benefits in return for his 'silence', although it won't be explicitly stated in that way.

It's nothing to do with a NDA, Nige will likely be under terms defined in his Compromise/Settlement agreement. Lansdown is too shred a man to allow any sacked employee to speak ill of him/BCFC etc over any period of time. As part of Nige's severance, in the agreement there would have been clauses to say that he is not able to speak negatively about BCFC and its employees, else they can seek damages and the return of any settlement figure given. IMO, anyone expecting this to be a BCFC slagging match, is going to be highly disappointed. That is... unless Nige didn't agree to any sort of financial severance, nor sign any financial compensation package. If he didn't, then it could be guns loaded and ships ahoy....

I collect City shirts and IMO it's certainly not a shirt which was worn or taken to Wembley in 1986. IMO it's not even a shirt from the 1985/86 season! The 1986 wembley shirt was totally unique, and printed for the occasion. The logos, printing, badges were different sizes to the regular season shirts, and totally unique to that day. The main shirt style was used from Dec 1983 through to the end of the 1985/86 season (it was replaced in July/Aug 86 by a shirt which brought back the robin, and was in used for just 6mths at the very start of the 86/87 season, then the white band shirt was introduced in Dec '86), so it crossed several seasons, but there were subtle differences... Player shirts (excluding the goalkeeper) from Dec 83 onwards in the 83/84 season, and also in the full 1984/85 season, had the B.C. 82 stamped inline with the T in Hirerite. In 1985/86 the B.C. 82 was stamped inline with the outside edge of the last E in Hirerite. Extra nerd points, but in the 85/86 season the player shirts also had a mix of old and new Bukta logos. The number on this specific eBay shirt is machine stitched, not hand-stitched as being suggested here, see below. In 1985/86 all player numbers were pressed on, along with badges, sponsors and logos. If this is a players shirt, then there is a chance it something from the 83/84 or 84/85 season, but if I were a betting man then this is a replica 84/85 shirt with a number which has been put on ad-hoc with a sewing machine by somebody.

Another example of a great manager, who crucially wasn't financially backed, and met their demise in an unfair fashion. I often wonder where we might have been if he'd had the financial backing he was promised, and his 'straightforward' personality was accepted.

The Shop stock (and availability) is different & separate to online stock (and availability). All online orders are processed and fulfilled at Huboo warehouse, not the shop. You are unable to buy anything from the shop over the phone and have it dispatched to you. You are unable to reserve anything in the shop over the phone. Getting somebody to answer the phone in-store is nigh on impossible. Online orders cannot have personalisation (names/numbers) because online orders are processed at Huboo which has no printing facilities, and all stock can't be unwrapped during processing. Click and collect isn't processed in-store, it's processed at Huboo and sent to the club shop for collection. The shop staff have zero view of Huboo stock levels, and vice versa. A complete & utter joke.
