Buried that in the afterglow of a record win...

it's cost cutting. For less popular games neither upper Lansdown nor Atyeo will be open so less stewards/ people in concessions needed. The upper Lansdown will be expensive when open with Atyeo the cheaper option.

Junior Premier League (JPL) / Grassroots - Children’s Football
The Bard replied to Pickle Rick's topic in Football Chat
JPL is in between club Academies and grassroots like Ashton, Whitchurch Sports etc. My son was involved in BICADC which is probably now called something else. It was before they joined the league but he got to travel to exotic locations like Ludlow, Walsall and Barnwood to play equivalents sides, some of who were linked to league sides. Coaching was decent. There were a lot of deluded parents though. Occasionally some kids would be picked up by an Academy but in the most part the kids were good but not quite outstanding. -
That was rent boy's wasn't it?

Is that her actual name?

Remember our attempt at the Viking clap thing when Magnússon was here? Possibly the most embarrassing thing we've ever done. Supposed to be very very slow and loud, building up to a crescendo. In reality it Sounded like the applause for a warm up act at Jesters

they played last game of Rugby season last year and it was chaos. Massively overcrowded.
-
But we also had Southampton and Plymouth midweek?

24 teams is 2 too many. There's too many evening games clashing with Champions league. I bet the POTD IS pitiful for most of these. Why fork out £35 to watch Preston at home on a Wednesday when it's on Sky anyway or alternatively you can watch Liverpool v AC Milan or something similar. Bet the club lose money for these games, especially if there's a small away following.

Spot on. She applied the rule using the current interpretation. If you disagree your issue is with the guidance/interpretation referees are being given not with the individual ref. If someone is banging on about female refs then that's entirely a reflection of their stupidity.
