It was announced yesterday that former City left back Mickey Bell will become Clevedon Town's new manager.

Wonder if he will play a few games. I saw him last week coming out of Noggins fish bar in Nailsea, hes put on a few pounds... Noggins fish and chips are good tho....:laugh:...

I hope he does well, he was a true professional never let us down and got a fitting tribute when he played against us for Port Vale a few years back.

Not many players get that kind of applause when they score against us, showed exactly how well thought of he really was

I'll never forget the 2 penality box curlers he did against plymouth I think it was one either side of the box legend!

Saw him with his family horsing back an ice cream in Cheddar a while back. Didn't seem overweight to me.

Well he was always fairly well built as a player so I'd imagine he would put on a bit of weight now that he dosent have to train every day
