Other than that with no trains(?) and little choice but to drive or use official coaches, maybe the later KO is so people won't drive whilst still having a skinful of booze? Yes it was, we won 4.1 on the back of a shite run of form. 12.30 ko I think, could then get home at a reasonable time to top up on cold turkey, fried Christmas pud and lashings of alcohol. 3pm ko on Boxing Day is a pain in the doo dah.
