I can tell you the answer to this, a home club is allowed to charge it's home fans a different admission rate up to a maximum of three games a season

I thought it depended on it being a different stand to away fans I.e. they couldn't charge different prices for the same stand...

For the majority of fixtures the same admission must be charged for the equivilent home stand for the away fans, but as above there are allowances for local "special offers"

Fair enough that they are making savings for their core supporters at this time of year, but agree with you "Solihull cider red", 50% difference is appalling.

I'm ready to stand corrected, but I think the ruling actually came in just after the PNE refund.

 

In the back of my mind I'm sure someone like Dave L answered this at some point in the past
