Testicular Cancer charity "It's In The Bag" (IITB) have been offered the chance to attend tomorrow's game with Notts County to do a bucket collection and handout our awareness literature. IITB support men in the South West of England with Testicular Cancer and aim to raise money, raise awareness and celebrate men who have survived. Louis Carey is one of our patrons.

If you're coming to the Gate tomorrow please take the time to look us up at the ground, drop a few coins in the bucket if you can spare them and read the literature. Raising Awareness is the key to early detection and subsequent increased survival rates.

You can't miss us we'll be the ones in bright orange. We look forward to seeing you all!

West Ham have confirmed that striker Dylan Tombides (external)has died aged 20.The club announced Tombides, who made one senior appearance after signing as a 15-year-old, had died "following his brave battle with cancer".They said the Australia-born player,(external) diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2011, "will be hugely missed by all who had the honour of knowing him".There will be a minute's applause in his memory atWest Ham's home game against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

No age at all, my thoughts are with his family.

We got told this at the end of our collection today. Should give men of all ages a kick up the backside when it comes to checking yourself.

Very sad news and does put a game of football into perspective.

Thank you to everyone who donated today, or even stopped for a chat. Hopefully we can continue to spread the message.

Very sad news indeed.

I also encourage men to keep checking. I did and was diagnosed 2 years ago and following operation, chemo and radiotherapy now on active surveillance and feeling really well.

So, please check.
