I think they've signed up to some sort of scheme with Bristol Sport. A bit like the Kevin Mabbut Magik Klub from days gone by, but a little more attention-seeking. It's basically a membership scheme that suppliers to the club "have" to be subscribers to in order to tender for club contracts.
