Padlad
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29241099 Cringing listening to this! Pleading to get sacked..
Monkeh
I thought he was quite honest, for any vale fans that might be reading this, its just how we were feeling 12 months ago,
UK0wnag3
If it wasn't for Adams' lack of fly swatting gestures, it'd go down as a "stupid question" type of interview. Probably will, to be honest.
Vincent Vega
I thought he was quite honest, for any vale fans that might be reading this, its just how we were feeling 12 months ago, Bang on , but at least they can understand what he is saying
CityFarAndWide
Didn't seem to cringe at all. Only part that tickled me was the bitter sounding part at the end towards how much we have supposedly spent.
double-trouble
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29241099 Cringing listening to this! Pleading to get sacked.. Always liked Adams but thats the way football goes...Port Vale decent side in getting promo a couple of seasons ago , stayed in league 1 last season as is a must for any promoted side , but got off to a bad start . Christ , these reporters ask such crap and fair play for his honesty..but how must the fans , players and chairman feel hearing this with a possible relegation battle in the future . Never know , as George Michael sang ' turn a different corner ' and a spurt like Sheff Utd and City in the last third of last season might see them rise from todays despair . Hope he keeps his job but...................does ' nt look good in todays football .

BCFC Jordan
Listened to a bit of it and don't think it was that bad. This one by David Weir sticks out in my mind of a typical manager under pressure, especially when you consider it was his first managerial job. Poor guy. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24462513
dandare 1966
Did not think they were the worst team I have seen this season but we played so well. Made them look worse and they are very lacking in confidence and woefully poor quiet crowd .
Robbored
Given Vales terrible run of form I thought Adams was as honest as it gets. Dopey interviewer didn't help either. There's a thread on here about team spirit and how City's winning squad is full of it. The Port Vale squad are as low on confidence after 6 consequetive defeats. Ultimately team spirit stems from getting regular good results.
Aizoon
Bang on , but at least they can understand what he is saying If Radio Drivel knew how to use a microphone then at least we might have heard what SOD said.
southvillekiddy
Didn't we get him the sack beating him as cov manager in fa cup Just about to add that cheering thought for Adams. Remember joining in singing "You're getting sacked in the morning" at the Ricoh. Brilliant day out that was. Tremendous breakaway goal by Enoch. The most mystifying part of football - How does a team and manager gradually lose the plot. What are the sports psychologists doing to justify being paid at Football Clubs while all this is going on? I believe our present good fortune/luck/ethos, whatever must be down to what you would expect in any buzzing social group - the presence of key individuals who inspire the others Might also be down to an inspired pre-season trip to Botswana organised by SL. Fair play to Steve - it was an unusual project and may just have inspired the most unusual season start by BCFC in a Century?
Cider red
Interview was very honest, apart from sour grapes at the end saying we'd spent a lot of money. When you consider the sale of Baldock we've actually spent less than we have earnt on transfer fees this summer I think!
Taylor10
Seemed quite honest to be honest. The interviewer didn't really help in all honesty. Made some good points but a needless and pretty desperate swipe at our transfer dealings! Does anyone know where Adams is based? A white range rover belted passed me on the motorway on the way home last night with the number plate M 4DAMS. Surely had to be old Micky boy. Seemed in a rush that's for sure. Maybe trying to get as far away from Ryan McGivern as fast as possible!?
