UK0wnag3
Over the last three or four games I think he's been our most impressive player. He's coming of age, and we're a stronger team with him rather than without him.
RedBrizzleRobin
One of the things missing from his game was consistentcy and quality crossing, both which he seems to have sorted this season and is starting to turn that potential into the player we thought he could be. Reckon he's going to be an important player for us over the coming seasons. Well done Joe.
pongo88
This season he's just a bit older with more experience. He's playing with better players in a better more organised team with a good manager who's prepared to give him a run in the team. PLUS he's taken his chance in the team when it came along. Some players can do this. Others, who are "promising" can't make the step up to regular first team appearances - e.g. Bobby Reid.
HoldenBall
He's improving, and can still improve. His crossing is amazing but defensively he can be found out at times.
Moloch
He's improving, and can still improve. His crossing is amazing but defensively he can be found out at times. I don't think that's a surprise. He's learning the position, having been a winger/forward.
Red-Robbo
Nice to think the academy has produced someone who not only is a first team regular, but would attract cash were we ever to sell.

I don't think he is being given a run in the team out of kindness by SC, he has clearly shown he is a better offensive player than Cunningham, and defensively at Fleetwood he won more than his fair share of headers against a taller opponent. I think he will be rested at times, and this week may be the time, SC may think that Cunningham might be worth a game to make us more solid defensively, against a free scoring team in MK. I'm not surprised but playing in a LWB position defending is just as important as attacking
Lew-T
He had a great game yesterday. His crossing has improved, his heading ability for a short bloke is unbelievable! He's strong on the ball too. Not to mention he has a great attitude, the lad will go far. Well done Joe
reddogkev
Our version of Luke Shaw. He'll play in the top division within 2 - 3 years.
redsquirrel
havent seen Joe play yet this season but was impressed enough last year to have his name pit on a shirt. was gutted when freeman took on the no 15 but sounds like since he took on the 23, hes got even better. The Casual Connoisseur
Good for him to be playing with some class in the team.
Esmond Million's Bung
Good for him to be playing with some class in the team. From the little that I have seen Joe doesn't realise actually how good he is and as his confidence grows I can see him becoming a great player. exAtyeoMax
I'm really glad he's been able to step up and make it. His crossing always showed potential but now it is superb. Well done Joe!
Aussie
He was inches away from scoring a belter which would made it 1-4. Coming along nicely is Joe. I always thought he'd make the grade earlier than the other 2 academy lads.
