Review Of Season So Far In Stats...

It implies that Preston, statistically are better ( or more effective) than we are....

But there are lies. damn lies and statistics

But you could only realistically say this is 100% correct if we'd played the same teams. Half way point might give it more creability.

By all accounts it's still pretty good isn't it...?

Assume that you have seen the league table?

Strangely enough it hasn't passed me by.

However I was just making an observation about statistics and that Preston are better statistically at defending and taking their chances than we are.

But as we know they can be manipulated to suit people's needs (the statistics I mean!!)

The important stat of points, broken down.

We are 2.2 points per game, Preston 2.214 per game

We would finish on 101 points, Preston would also finish on 101

Certainly going to be an interesting remaining two thirds of the season - lets hope promotion is coming to BS3

Wouldn't the league round the 2.214 up to 102 (It's 101.844) ;)  :innocent06:

I do think that hopefully we'll be the two teams in the mix at the end of the season.

Would love to win it as we haven't since 1954/5 (The previous unbeaten run season) and I wasn't around for that..
