For those who haven't, it's also available online. http://www.intouchcrm.co.uk/app/e/v/5668491-66681-1752.aspx Positive movements are being made, with our beloved club at the fulcrum. It makes great reading to see Ashton Gate at the forefront of modernisation in Football. Leading the way off the pitch as well as on it makes me all tingly and nice. Another key feature of the newsletter is a survey, the results of which will be used to take the matter further with our wonderfully open-minded government. Anyone passionate about safe standing should complete this survey. Moreover you have other further reading options and possibilities to follow the main protagonist on Twitter. Here's the link to that survey: Click here to complete the short survey As you may know, the National Assembly for Wales became in July the first UK legislature to vote in favour of safe standing trials. Unfortunately for them it's not a devolved issue, so they can't take the matter forward without engaging with their counterparts in Westminster. The main champion of safe standing in the Assembly is the leader of the Conservative group and this survey is being run by his office to provide him with more 'ammunition' for his discussions with colleagues in London. So a huge response and a resounding result in favour of safe standing would be very helpful to the campaign in Wales and in England, as well. So please complete the survey (it also has a question about fan ownership and being able to drink in view of the pitch) and share the link widely on social media. Thanks! I was happy to fill it in and I support safe standing, however I felt the last set of question looked they were designed to rope me in to other agendas. Safe standing, best of both worlds imo, for first time ever fans can have a real stand/sit choice on a match by match minute by minute basis....... We pays our money, let us safely make our choice. Its good that Bristol City is being proactive in standing up for the benefit of all and not just sitting down and taking it from authorities who have been content to sit on their arses doing not enough on this issue for far too long.
