cottsciderarmy
Makes no sense, surely if he feels that way, he should just sack him. No reason to make a song and dance on Twitter and probably do nothing. Don't rate Fergie Jnr as a manager anyway.
GrahamC
Ferguson is overrated and doesn't have daddy to bail him out with loans anymore but his chairman is a cock of the highest order.
pongo88
Criticising his manager on Twitter... So lowVery true. At least when Steve Lansdown sacks the manager, it's the manager who's told first, not Twitter followers. RedM
Classy. Is Barry Fry still there? Horrible club with horrible personnel. This sounds like yet another of their breakups though, will he be back for a third time if he goes, that would be a record surely....but I wouldn't bet against it. WhistleHappy
Ferguson....going before Friday? Not sure Robinson Crusoe will be too happy taking that laying down ! (still, I guess him and Friday did seem to drift together in the first place, maybe a introducing a posh fella into their relationship will spice things up a bit, before they start drifting apart). Admin phantom Posted November 23, 2014 Admin Report Share Posted November 23, 2014 It's not the first time he has taken to twitter to write things like this. RedYoshi
What did he write? Link not working on my phone. "I apologize to Posh fans as I cant defend management setting up for a 0-0 at home, nor defend at 0-2 down waiting till 72nd Min to bring on our leading goal scorer/attacking plyrs. Nor can I defend the players waiting till 0-2 down to start playing with attacking mentality." "I have given them all patience, nurturing support non stop but now time for different approach. Not good enough. My apologies!" Then "People seem to have misread what I mean by new approach! It meant ive been nice/nice supportive with plyrs etc, time for me to be different!" 22A
Announced on our local sports news this morning. Fergusson's job is secure, however the Chairman wants him to change his approach and tactics. Hmm; so they'll have to work out new tactics this week and then try them for the first time on Friday night.
WTFiGO!?!
I'm no fan of Posh (what an inappropriate nickname) but for the size of club, what they have been achieving is pretty impressive.

WTFiGO!?!
And just what have they achieved ?More than most clubs with average attendances of 5000ish. Not going to research it, it is just the impression I have, but they seem to have been punching above their weight for a few years now.
GrahamC
And just what have they achieved ? About as much as Yeovil but with the same media coverage as Cardiff....
WTFiGO!?!
About as much as Yeovil but with the same media coverage as Cardiff.... Bit harsh, finishing 6th in league 1 last season was their lowest finish in six years (yes, I did have to look that up). They came 38/72 for average attendance last season with 6,342. Admittedly, Yeovil have almost 50% lower attendances generally over the last 5 years For anyone who's bothered: http://www.football-league.co.uk/documents/average-attendance549-2006711.pdf http://www.peterboroughunited-mad.co.uk/league_history/peterborough_united/index.shtml .
