I have chosen to do a case study on Bristol City and have created a questionnaire compiled of just a few questions to help me with my study. I am looking for a minimum of 50 responses from City fans, so it would be a great help if you were able to spend a minute of your time filling this in for me. Some people will feel that it has been a disaster, others based on our current situation on/off the field, will regard it as a rip roaring success. Effectively you've asked for two judgements in one question. Any analysis, in the context of what you are doing, will be pretty meaningless. Very good survey, the only thing I would say is that Q10 is a tricky one to answer as I would put completely different answers depending on which part of the 'recent years' I was considering as there has been considerable change in the last 12 months. We're making good strides financially, and of course we're having a great season, but beyond that the last five years as a whole have been anything but a success. For example, I would rank Premier League football as the main factor of success, yet that can't be achieved without the others, eg building the infrastructure of the club, a clear strategic plan etc...
