WhistleHappy
ITV4 ... Often do repeats... Hope this gets another showing... Even had glimpse if Chris Garland playing alongside Osgood,... Some greats from the past, Best, Hudson, Marsh, Chopper Harris! .. Etc etc... Clough, all the naughty but nice lads , flawed genius's, Stan bowles' so many brilliant 'rebels/maverick players from a golden era.
Red Homer
It's on ITV4 +1 St 11.00pm and then again on Thursday at 10.30pm on ITV4 (repeated an hour later on +1). Looks like it's a series so might go up to present day.

MC RISK77
Think this was a repeat as watched it earlier in the week...interesting to hear that nearly all of these players....Hudson, marsh, Bowles and worthington all despised the lauded Alf Ramsey....as he never played them at all, or if he did he played the, for a couple of games just to appease the press. This maybe controversial for you staunch England fans but was all just lucky to have played a World Cup at home as starting to think other than that month he was bang average

Alan Hudson was not eligible anyway - he was banned for 2 years (with Colin Todd) for refusing to tour with the England under-23 team.
Mad Cyril
Football mavericks are fine, but just get released on a free. What we really need is a documentary on players who run around a lot and have a high work rate. Much better to watch.
One Team In Keynsham
Football mavericks are fine, but just get released on a free. What we really need is a documentary on players who run around a lot and have a high work rate. Much better to watch. Coming up later, right after Monkey Tennis, "Tuesday nights at Stoke", brought to you in conjunction with Johnstone Paints. "Johnstone Matt Beige, when Gloss is just too glossy."
