Major Isewater
I believe we will see a similarity between the Cotterill Burnley squad and City for the return to the Championship . What lessons can we learn from his time there ? Not so big on numbers ,British players ,fast tempo ...

What lessons can we learn from his time there ? Not so big on numbers ,British players ,fast tempo ... Cotts. did really well at Burnley, becoming the Championship's longest serving manager. He's matured hugely as a manager since he left them in 2007, and is far more confident in playing expansive football. I fully expect him to continue that style and surpass his achievements at Turf Moor.

What lessons can we learn from his time there ? Not so big on numbers ,British players ,fast tempo ... Burnley fans weren't enamoured by him by the end, least of all his playing style. Hopefully we can surpass that and keep away the long-ball tactics he was known for before City. I see no reason why we shouldn't.
