Good question, probably the Board's is the answer , but we're talking about Warnock and seeing he couldn't save Oldham in a similar situation than Rotherham are in or the fact that hasn't been successful at any club since he got QPR promoted 5 years ago than I much rather have an up and coming hungry manager like Johnson than someone on his way out like Warnock who is only picking up another pay cheque.
