I'm not using a credit card (I used a debit card) so I fail to understand why it's costing me £2. Some might think this is petty but this is all electronic transfers and no person involved (to head of the development cost argument, this is off the shelf software). If so wasn't it 10 instalments starting in June, meaning the last was due in March .... I've just been debited another and I can't find the paperwork to check if it's right!
