Silvio Dante
Forests problems under Fawaz have been well documented, so you'd think it'd be a relief to their fans when he sold the club. However, the new owners background is gobsmacking! http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36320422 Passes the fit and proper persons test for the FL as he has not been convicted of any crime, notwithstanding that he's been banned from Greek football for match fixing and bribery allegations, has to report to police every 15 days and is alleged to have bombed a bakery owned by a referee. I understand the FL may not be able to say no but surely they can say "not yet" pending the allegations/decision to prosecute being resolved? Again, more than thankful to have SL! Eddie Hitler
The FL are buffoons. If a potential owner is banned from all football related activity in one country then they are de facto not a fit and proper person to own an English football league club. It's all blazers, expense account lunches, and afternoon snoozes at the FL.
