Lee Johnson come over to your City fans and we'll give you a good reception

As the players tunnel is in the corner of where we are normally situated.

I hope Lee comes over us and gives a good clapping and we should do the same.

That should drown out any booing.

I don't think that Barnsley have a big screen,so I don't think they put an image of Lee on the big screen.

So the Barnsley could boo at the image, see all you hoardes at Oakwell.

I'm not going to Barnsley for that.

The man's lower than a rattle snake and just as trustable in my view .

For whatever reason Cryne stuck with him when we were going through that horror run last season , he should have gone 30 seconds after the final whistle at Altrincham for me .

Played the most brain dead style of football for the league we were in it's being my displeasure to ever see .

Cryne took his departure on the chin and respectfully invited him to the JPT final as his guest , according to a piece I read at the time in the Bristol Post he was treating it as a scouting mission and nothing more .

He then embarks on a policy of trying to sign some of our players in the summer , doing nothing illegal but just shows the morality of the snake .

If Cryne hadn't stuck with him last season he wouldn't have got the Bristol job , in fact he'd have being lucky to get another job at all at that time .

Little time for the little git , he can't crash and burn quickly enough for me .

Agree completely Dennis. The mans a weasel who has no loyalty for anyone other than himself. Not even a good manager, how many defeats did it take for him to see what we all knew, one up front didnt work. Hope he gets the reception he deserves and leaves oakwell with that smug grin wiped off his face.

Surely someone can come up with a version of "Half a pound of Tuppeny Rice" for this occasion?

Lee better hope that those Barnsley fans haven't been out to buy elephant guns this week!

I don't get this 'only plays one up front'....do people actually want two players, being as high up the pitch, all the time, as Tammy is?

If so...that's just crazy. No one plays like that these days.

But its Ok to hit the ball 50 yards towards Tammy, who has 3 defenders round him and needs binoculars to spot his nearest team mate?

two attacking wingers and an player in the hole (attacking midfielder) give flexibility, in effect when going forward we have 3 maybe 4 players "up front" but only 1 when defending,

its just peoples mindset set in the ridgid 4-4-2 formation,

No it was a Lee Tomlin special, short free kick from their corner with their entir defenders with their backs to the ball

it was a 50 yard ball over the top, with 3 defenders and wilbs, he took one on cut in side and scored, I think 6th place and 1 upfront is working rather well and I've got the league table to back that up as well as tammy's 13 goals

I agree just don't think banging it up to Tammy & the Blackburn goal can be compared.

Exactly fella...how people can't see that intrigues me.

In the same way Hull set up at kick off in a 352 formation...but the 'formation' changed every minute of the game.

'Formations' aren't rigid and completely change depending on situations in a game...whether defending, attacking, keeping possession, chasing a game etc, etc.

I don't get how fans can't see that.

The system CAN work when others get up and help. Its when we play the whole first half without that happening that we struggle. How many of those goals came when Tammy was isolated?
