Septic Peg
Rumour mill in full swing this morning that BCFC have signed Bonjovi as one of the acts to open AG next summer. Viagogo (a ticket selling site) is showing this though tickets are not yet available... Also Phil Collins is allegedly in the mix though I've seen nothing to say otherwise. Westonbirt get some good people there, saw Rudimental there last year. And yes I would think we are looking about the same time as Glastonbury, I know the year before last George Ezra played the harbour side then did Glastonbury the next day. Yeah I guess, but I can't think of any other small stadium type venue that the same band goes back to time and time again, without any connection to the place. So are we cleverly tapping into the market or looking very narrow.

Dean Saunders lookalike Bruce Springsteen has played The Ricoh twice for some reason, though they were dates in a larger tour rather than a one off gig. No idea if the Jove are pushing something at the moment? 30 years since Slippery When Wet?

(or Rammstein) Agreed. Devonshire boys so lots of M5 travellers, stadium specialists, can sell the place out three times over and just generally an awesome band. However if the BonJovi rumour is true, I doubt we'll have Muse. Vaguely remember @RedM (sorry if I'm wrong!) said she thought it'll be one artist for the rockers, one for the oldies, one for the mums and one for the kids. BonJovi would fit probably 2 or 3 of those categories whilst Muse would only hit 1 or 2... Bloody shame but that's business. Target market and all that...
