Markman
as per a similar thread - any good places to stay nearby (I think last train back to civilisation is normally half eleven)? (Deep Purple in November - should be ok)

(Deep Purple in November - should be ok) When I was in Cardiff for the Ashes a few years back I stayed at the Park Inn By Radisson, directly across the road from the Arena: clean, safe, and I recall priced OK. SARJ
Sleeperz hotel right outside train station. About £50 a night. Really nice and modern.

Bristol Rob
Went to see the Pixies there in November (I think it was, might have been December), Probably 4 or 5 large hotels within 5 minutes of the venue. Think we stayed at the Marriot, worth doing and regardless of the weather when you get there, don't bother wearing a jacket, it's that close. Also, well worth having several drinks before you go in as the queues were massive.
Northern Red
Ibis over the road from the arena.
Bs4Red
If you're only there for one night, you may aswell go cheap and The Big Sleep, it's not pretty but the beds comfy and it's warm. Cost about £15 a night and is directly across from it
