Perhaps they (the refereeing body) could use some of the high profile pundits like Savage, Lawrenson etc. to make the videos. Then they'd know they've already ticked off one set of people who don't seem to know the rules ("..not a foul because he took the ball first...", "...he's entitled to go down there...").

if they want to change the rules it should be you cant have pundits, if this is too far for them then it should you cant have pundits that talk rubbish but that may be the same rule.

They probably could within the rules but I suspect `unsporting behaviour` would rear it`s head (and rightly so)

Though here Verratti touches it with his foot before doing the header, so this may have come under the "you cannot manipulate" rule that prevents a player flicking the ball up to header it.
