Well it's because we are behaving and playing like miserable failures that I want him gone. I want to see Bristol City FC as a successful club and not fighting relegation every season. I was the one who stood beside him in the 'Biggest team photograph' as a player and he was like a kid giggling with the other players. That was in 2011, less than 6 years ago. How the heck can you learn how to lead a major club with such little experience. I have nothing against him as a person, he was very friendly and polite. But come on.
