leylandsroad
He gave my son his boots today after the game and then signed them before getting on their coach. Nice bloke, boots sized 7.5 now on eBay!

Dastardly and Muttley
He played pretty well today as well, gave Little a hard time especially in the first half.
cidercity1987
Is putting it on Ebay really the right thing to do? And if the OP is an ad for it then better post on Small Heath Alliance too
CotswoldRed
What a nice guy. We followed their bus for 20 miles. Hope they enjoyed my son giving them a Scrumpy teddy bear show through the window. Looked like Cotterill was driving the bus too.

CotswoldRed
Not surprised. Everything is about money these days. Would have been better if you'd told the player what you'd like to do with the boots. Or maybe he could have given them to someone more deserving and you could have asked him for the £100 in cash that you'll get for them. We still have a Rovers football given to my son signed by the whole team. If we sell that I'll be giving the money to a deserving charity. On reflection, maybe I'm being too judgemental. I meet many people who I think are below par. Maybe I'm too sensitive and it's just me.
RumRed
This is going well, send them to the Brum supporters club to sell/raffle for their chosen charity.
BanburyRed
Presumably any monies will be donated to a suitable charity of choice? If this guy goes on to achieve anything in the game, you'll feel silly.

JoeAman08
Does it make up for his dive in the second half? Probably as he was given a yellow card for it as well. Nice to see an opposing player with a nice gesture to us. If anything, it shows that some footballers know they're in a very good position in life and their small gestures can make a big difference for the youth of the world. Well done JM
