Robinito
Steve Neville and Glyn Riley must've been our shortest attacking partnership ever
SecretSam
Steve Galliers, Glyn Riley, Steve Neville, wasn't there a kiddy called Underhill or something years ago who was tiny? Also I recall that Carl Shutt, John Bailey were hardly massive. But Junior Bent was pretty small, think he's the tiniest I can recall. What about truly mahoosive players? Step forward Biff Newman, who was the size of a house.

Wiki has him 2" shorter than McIndoe. When you say Junior, does one mean LJ or the real Junior? Bent is the one. Pretty quick but the "King of the missing one on ones with opposing keepers". As for hard and very skilful midfielders how about the City player who pleaded successfully with the ref not to send off a Spurs and Scotland playing legend who also won the First Division title as a manager,, in an FA Cup tie against us. Step up, hard as nails, John Quigley. Short in inches but a giant on the pitch. (a toss up between him and our Gerry as the best midfielder of my time although Gow would be my choice.) cidered abroad
A hero of 1982 who didn't last long with us but was one of the kids who proudly wore the shirt in the aftermath of the Ashton Great Eight. John Economou.
