why on earth would you think that?

I guess he means that they may go up just over the water, you can get a 3 bed house over there for a fraction of the price it is over here, and now the toll is removed it gives a bigger incentive, therefore house prices may climb just over the bridge

Why would you buy a house in Pill for £300,000 if you could get one in Chepstow for £200,000 and no bridge toll?

well I could buy a house like mine in Bradford for £70.000, but I wouldn't want to live there.

7 pubs, close to M5 , rail link re-opening, 5 mins from M5, 10 mins from Ashton Gate, Gas free zone, running water, electricity , 300 days of sunshine a year ?

What like you beat us once in fourteen games between 1958 and 1969?

Good this innit.

Even my rudimentary maths realises that 30 years is more than twice 14 years. 30 years is pretty much a generation.

Didn't respond to the sell out comment either.

Also when do you think your crowds will be back to the heady heights of 4,000 like in the 80s
