What an earth are you on about, I think we'll end up making 3 or 4 changes to what will still be a strong city side.

Bringing in the likes of Magnússon and Engvall is no where near playing the reserves.

Enjoy your tuesday night I shall be watching the reds progress to the next round of the EFL Cup.

Didn't even realise we still had a reserve side?

As the U23's played yesterday evening it is safe to say anyone that played the 90 minutes in that game won't get a look in tonight

Can only see Baker and Engvall definately starting, many more changes are not necessary

Can see Kelly (if he didnt play), Morrell and Hinds getting a run out- or being in the 18 at the very least.

It was confirmed yesterday that changes would be made.

Personally would actually like to see Hinds and Engvall start, first as it shows that we're giving the young ones a chance, something we were told would happen more this season, and the latter because it is about bloody time!

Stupid thread is stupid.

To be honest though, this is the most excited I've been for a first round league cup game in a long time.  We actually had a relatively decent run last season and I'm hoping we can at least equal that this season.  As for tonight's game, it's a really good opportunity to carry on the great form and positivity from Saturday as well as giving a handful of other players an opportunity to impress and prove that they're as equal a part of this season's squad as those that started on Saturday.

How strange - it's a bit more interesting watching our younger/reserve players in a relatively low pressure game. Obviously I want us to beat Plymouth and expect us to be able to; but I don't expect us to win the tournament.

I love watching players like Engvall, O'Dowda, Moore etc get a game.
